What does it mean?
When a participant tries to take part in a study but user data is missing from their request
Why did this happen?
This error may occur if you're not using the Prolific webpage or Prolific Assistant to reserve or start studies. This error may also occur because Prolific hasn't been refreshed recently.
What can I do?
Refresh the Prolific app to ensure you have the most up-to-date version, and attempt to join a study manually through the Studies page.
